Want to show your furry friend that you love them? Then make these easy, 3-Ingredient Dog Treats!
Both you and your pup will love these treats. They’ll love them because they taste great (my dogs have verified this, so you know it’s legit) and you’ll love them because they’re healthy and whipped up in less than 30 minutes! Their short ingredient list includes oat flour, peanut butter, and honey. With ingredients this good, I wouldn’t put it past you to snack on them yourself...okay maybe don’t do that, but you could if you really wanted to. They’re completely safe for people.
I like forming mine into bone shapes with a cookie cutter, but feel free to make them into any shape you like. Break out your cookie cutters and get to work. If you have kids (besides your fur-baby of course), this is a great job for them! No cookie cutters? No problem! You can easily slice these into square or rectangles just as easily.
Just like people, dogs can have allergies and food sensitivities too. If your dog is sensitive to gluten, make sure your oat flour is gluten-free. I’d recommend giving your dog a small sample of the treat before giving them a whole one. This will help make sure they’re not allergic to anything.
My favorite part of these treats, they’re meal prep friendly! You guys know meal prepping is my best friend. Guess that’s my version of man’s best friend? These dog treats will last in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks or in the freezer for 3 months. I love to make a double batch and store a bunch in the freezer for the future so that my pups are never without a reward for being such good dogs.
You’re dog will always know they’re a good boy (or girl) with these 3-Ingredient Dog Treats around! Whip up a batch for your pooch today!

Recipe:
Ingredients:
150 g - Oat Flour - Use gluten free if needed
220 g - Natural Peanut Butter*
30 g - Honey - Sub maple syrup for vegan
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together oat flour, peanut butter and honey. Mix until a dough forms.
On a floured surface, using a rolling pin, roll out the dough until it is about ¼ inch thick.
Cut the dough using a cookie cutter or knife.
Place treats on the baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes*. When cool enough to handle, transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool completely
Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks or the freezer for up to 3 months.
*Notes:
Make sure your peanut butter is natural and does not contain xylitol, which can be toxic to dogs
If your dough is too crumbly, add 1-2 tbsp more peanut butter
The treats will be fragile right out of the oven, but will firm up when cool.
