For this month’s post I thought I would share the portfolio I used for applying to colleges. I had nearly identical bodies of art for all my schools, but this work pertains specifically to my application for USC’s John C. Hench Division of Animation and Digital arts. My portfolio consisted of a hodgepodge of figure sketches, pen, pencil, ink, and crayon drawings, digital photography, digital graphic work and posters I had made for school theatrical productions, and some of my most recent claymations.
The films I used included Frankpa, Trick or Treat, and Driving Towards a Better Future. They can be found on the animation page of this website.
